A fine upright-rounded, tree-sized Japanese maple sporting rich purple foliage elegantly dissected into narrow spider-like lobing. Plants are strong growers and show foliage coloration that stands up to the heat of summer as good as any maple in our collection. Autumn’s blitz of intense orange adds a thick coat of icing to the cake! 8’ tall by 4’ wide over 10 years.
