Guarantee

We guarantee that all plants sold by Broken Arrow Nursery are healthy and true to name when they leave the nursery. If such is not the case, we will replace the plant in question or issue a nursery credit for the purchase price of the plant. Your satistfaction is guaranteed. This guarantee does not cover plants that we determine to have died due to owner neglect (Planting Tips). We have an excellent reputation and have every intention of maintaining it.

Pricing and Payment

We think you will find our prices very reasonable. We propagate more than 65% of the plants we sell and as a result can offer competitive prices. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover in addition to cash and checks. Plants grow and sizes change throughout the growing season and as a result, we reserve the right to adjust prices at anytime. Reserved plant material must be paid in full, and may be held at the nursery for no more than 21 days unless special arrangements have been made.  A 15% restocking fee will be issued for all plants returned after exceeding the 21 day holding period.
