TERMS & SERVICES

Guarantee - We guarantee that all plants sold by Broken Arrow Nursery are healthy and true to name when they leave the nursery. If such is not the case, we will replace the plant in question or issue a nursery credit for the purchase price of the plant. Your satistfaction is guaranteed. This guarantee does not cover plants that we determine to have died due to owner neglect (Planting Tips). We have an excellent reputation and have every intention of maintaining it.

Pricing, Discounts and Payment - We think you will find our prices very reasonable. We propagate more than 65% of the plants we sell and as a result can offer plants at lower prices than other retailers. Landscapers and other green industry professionals are invited to inquire about wholesale offerings. We now accept Master Card and Visa in addition to cash and checks. Lastly, plants grow and sizes change throughout the growing season. As a result we reserve the right to adjust prices at anytime.

Gift Cards - Gift cards are available and can be picked up at the nursery or mailed to the recipient along with our latest catalog.

Reserving Plant Material - Plants can be reserved at the nursery with a deposit of 30% of the purchase price. Plants will be held for no longer than 30 days unless other arrangements have been made. Plant material not picked up or delivered within the above allotted time period will be reintroduced into the nursery yard and the deposit forfeited.

Delivery - While we prefer customers pick up plants, we understand this is not always possible. Deliveries are quoted at $60 per hour for 1 truck and 1 person. A $75 minimum charge is required. Please note, large orders or heavy material may require added personnel and are subject to additional charges.

Landscaping - As time permits we are happy to assist you with your landscape design and installation needs. Consultation and a visit to your site (Hamden and adjacent towns) can be arranged for $75/hour.

Group Tours and Presentations - We enjoy giving free tours of the grounds with groups of visitors to view and talk about our extensive collection of plants. Please call ahead to set up a time and give us an approximate number of people expected. Also, several of our staff are happy to present slide or Powerpoint presentations on a variety of topics ranging from butterfly gardening to rare and unusual plants. Please inquire about fees and scheduling.
