Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for plants within seven days of purchase date provided that the plant is in original condition – i.e., the plant has not been damaged, has been maintained, watered, and cared for, and has not been planted. If such is the case, a store credit will be given for the full purchase price of the plant.

For all balled and burlapped (B+B) plants, plants purchased on sale, wholesale purchases, special orders, or off site events - all sales are final.
