It's always hard to decide which of the many Echinacea cultivars to sell here at the nursery. One choice was easily made while visiting the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens in Boothbay, Maine. Along a pathway, near the children's garden, was a spectacular mass planting of 'Milkshake'. The 36" tall, thick, upright stems were covered with an abundance of creamy-white, double, pompom-like flowers. The blooms will last through July and August. Worthy of use in mixed borders and great as cut flowers.
