A selection of Euphorbia amygdaloides f. purpurea with spring growth that emerges bright red, later darkening to a deep, almost black-purple. Plants will tolerate part shade but best foliage color is delivered when grown in full sun. Good drainage is a must as its preferance is for dry, sandy soil. 12-18” spread.
