The foliage markings on this Chinese mayapple is a mind-boggling mottling of green, bronze, and purple. The shape of the leaf reminds one of the throwing stars used by Ninjas in martial arts movies. Dark-red flower clusters appear in late spring hiding under the 8-10" foliage.
