#2

#2 - These plants are approximately 24 months to 60 months old and are identified by the size of the container they are grown in. Our standard #2 round container holds a volume of mix between 176.24 and 262.40 fl oz. The containers typically measure 9” tall and 8.5” wide. Given the varied age of plants grown in this container size the branch development is often varied. Our #2 herbaceous perennials and deciduous shrubs are often younger than broadleaf evergreens or conifers grown in the same size container. These plants are well established in their containers and are often suitable for transplanting to a final landscape setting. A broad range of our products are shipped in this container size.
